2.    No outside dictates as to how to run your organization.
3.    Complete control as to your own business directions.
4.    No Franchising controls, no audits, no monthly/yearly extra payments, etc.
5.    A one time fee.
6.    Can be Full time/Part time.

8.     No termination provisions with a licensing agreement.

 

Licensing investment needed;

1.     $50,000 one time fee.

2.     No monthly fees.

3.     Instrumentation $10,000.

Licensee would receive;

    2)    Trained in the day-to-day operations in a reasonable period of time.

    3)    Able to recover your investment within a reasonable period of time from the earnings of the business.
